Conventions: badges, panels and reservations

A badge grants a defined admission right. Build your programme around room and activity rules.

Read badge coverage

Check included days, hours and areas. Separate exhibitions, panels, signings and paid or reservable workshops. A badge does not automatically guarantee a seat in every room; check capacity and queue arrangements.

Manage programme conflicts

Identify priority panels and locations. Allow for queues and movement between halls. Avoid consecutive bookings in distant buildings. Keep an alternative route if a room fills up.

Prepare collection and belongings

Read badge collection, identification and named-ticket instructions. Check costume, prop and bag rules before travelling. Keep activity-specific confirmations as well as your main badge.

Questions before booking

Does a badge guarantee a panel seat?

Not necessarily. Capacity, queues or reservations may apply.

Are signings always included?
